If a plate already exist with just a correct project ref it can not be checked out

Eg "P138", this is a valid project ID and also an existing project in LIMS. However according to our nomenclature a plate can not be labeled with just project ID and thus the application doesn't recognise it as a valid plate...

Best fix is probably to manually correct this?
