Constellation goes dormant without constant stimulation

With the latest build, when Jetstream connection goes stale and no discord messages are received for a period of time, sleeptime reminders seem to stop and the program becomes unresponsive to any messaging except directly from the command line.

Messaging the command line seems to wake the program, at which point it tries to "catch up", in my case immediately triggering the context sync.

So this happened twice before I put this issue in, and naturally, it hasn't happened again in ~24 hours of continuous uptime.
