Error: The table Posts does not exist

Running bin/cake seo generate posts will fail with:

 Error: The table Posts does not exist

Eventhough the posts table exists. As a matter of fact, I get the same errors if I try users, contents, etc.

It is not that. You are already doing it here:

$this->generate($this->_camelize($name));

The issue I see is that you are doing !in_array($name, $this->listUnskipped()) which compares $name = Posts against an array of lowercase table names returned by $this->listUnskipped()

That is what the problem is. I was able to bypass this issue by doing !in_array(strtolower($name), $this->listUnskipped()), but that is obviously temporary.

There are more issues that I see. I have forked your repository and I will work thru it. If warranted I can do a pull request.
