composer package mismatch (doctrine/dbal version)

v12 requires Laravel 12 as well as doctrine/dbal 3, which are not compatible:

• L12 ecosystem runs Carbon 3
• ...which in turn uses carbonphp/carbon-doctrine-types v3
• ...which in turn uses doctrine/dbal 4.

As such, to properly be compatible with L12 ecosystem you should be requiring doctrine/dbal 4. Upgrade guide from v3 to v4 can be found here.

Due to this, unfortunately I can't use this package to migrate from MariaDb to PgSQL.
