Dummy Date used as suggested during the call when the patient was transplanted pre-emptively and therefore was never on dialysis and therefore the “date of last dialysis”: 01/01/1950
Dummy variable for those data that are missing: 9999 or 99999
(if the boundaries set allow entering such a large number, where this is not possible the entry will be left blank e.g. last blood pressure where max limit is set to 200 mmHg and 9999 cannot be entered).
