Project Technical Handover (Overview)

This is an outline of the things that need to be done before I leave the department and hand over technical responsibility of this project to someone else.

• Get Tim Boland added to this repository #334 - Get Tim Boland signed up and connected as the defacto project manager for COPE
• Complete the Write an Administrator's Guide #107 Administrators' Guide and User Manual Updates #27 User Guides to current version of codebase
• Ensure that someone (possibly Peter Moles?) has server access and can do the patching and updates there
• Review all outstanding issues and see what, if any, need to be resolved before the end.
• Review new requests for fields (see New fields requested for future analysis #336)

Once Tim and Lucy are linked in here, I suspect a phone conversation/meetup will be needed to do a clear down of outstanding issues.

By my calculations, I have about 12 FTE days left for this project (and anything else Rutger prioritises). The above should all be achievable in that time, however, the backlog of issues could exceed that, and getting feedback on the Admin and User guides will take time as contents are reviewed.

@rraajjeevv is now briefed on the technical setup for the project following yesterday's meeting, so he holds the system passwords and the Sys-Admin role. In a couple of weeks we'll remove my access and he will be the sole technical support.
