Add a more flexible modifier pipeline ala Ovito

We don't need to add a lot of features and our main goal should be that everything can happen in real time.

We should, however, fix so one can click on a per-atom quantity which will create an object in a modifier pipeline with properties like "Min, max", color map etc, like Ovito.
