Calculate dst_from and dst_until properties #1
Description
Currently, the dst_from and dst_until properties of all endpoint responses are null. For these to have actual values it will require additional logic to calculate when the current daylight savings period (if it is currently daylight savings) starts and ends. Leaving this open for PRs as I don't have time to implement this logic myself.
