Always Using Default View

It's only getting the records from the default view when I try to access a list in Sharepoint 2010.

The error is probably around line 175 in:
python-sharepoint / sharepoint / lists / init.py

I'd love to be able to set the view also - as the default view is not what I need...

any suggestions how this could be achieved?

Hi, same issue for me. I need to access all items from a list. The default view for users is to filter for "My Items". Therefore the rows that I am getting programmatically depend on the account I use for NTLM Authentication. Thanks for any advice.

@wjstarrsiii @specialcircumstances @pawl Let me know if this works for you. Currently this needs the view ID. You can look it up in the URL when editing a view.
