Conflicting indels starting at a given position cause crashes

# This is currently intended behaviour

This occurs in three places:
1. Genome difference
2. Gene difference
3. Minor populations

Within the differences, if the two samples have conflicting indels starting at the same point, an `AssertationError` is raised.

Within minor populations, if there are conflicting minor populations of indels at a given position, a similar exception is raised.
