Compiling Issues

When compiling, I am getting a number of issues. 


When compiling the libraries, there are a number of: "Symbol 'k' at (1) has no IMPLICIT type

Then (likely because of the above), when compiling belgen I get a number of: "/usr/bin/ld: belgen.for:(.text+0x102): undefined reference to `ciof_'"
