Seeking for support for CASCADE website technical problem

Good morning,
Hope the email finds you well. I am writing to you because I have encountered some technical difficulties using the website. When I click on the notify me button on the pop-up window when I am predicting a structure, the CASCADE website does not respond and stays stuck on this prediction page. Could you please help me deal with this issue?
