FAILED popup when voting for a entry

Hi,

when I vote for an entry I get a FAILED popup and a 422 response to the request to the qa/vote endpoint.

After this I refresh the page and the vote is shown successfully. The same thing happens when I remove the vote again. So it kind of works but needs a refresh to show the votes correctly.

We are using Discourse 2.6.0.beta2.

I do not have any experience in debugging or writing Ruby. Please request any additional information you need!

No, the popup only says FAILED.

This problem still persists with 2.7.0beta4. Is there anything I can do to help with debugging?
