Doesn't work with SDK higher than 27 (SDK_INT 28, 29)

If you set 28 for target sdk it stops getting the id and share dialog (intent) doesn't open anymore.

Can you please fix it?

e.g.: if I change in build.gradle:

android {
    compileSdkVersion 27
    buildToolsVersion '27.0.3'

    defaultConfig {
        applicationId "fr.pchab.androidrtc"
        minSdkVersion 15
        targetSdkVersion 27
        versionCode 1
        versionName "1.0"
    }

to

android {
    compileSdkVersion 28

    defaultConfig {
        applicationId "fr.pchab.androidrtc"
        minSdkVersion 21
        targetSdkVersion 28
        versionCode 1
        versionName "1.0"
    }

it stops working

This happens because of the security related changes in Android Pie
Add networkSecurityConfig in AndroidManifest.xml
<application android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config">

create the file under res>xml>network_security_config.xml

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <network-security-config> <domain-config cleartextTrafficPermitted="true"> <domain includeSubdomains="true">192.168.1.2</domain> </domain-config> </network-security-config>
change the "192.168.1.2" to the host domain.
