JE7HB_200 Update Gradle build to use proper multi-modules

I should get around to changing the Gradle build for the Java EE 7 Developer Handbook so that uses a proper multi-module build.

Based on the feedback. I think it is too confusing for new beginners and it should be work like the Digital Java EE 7
