Document the License requirements

I need to decide on the license of this project. But for now I'm going to document and put the license of each specific module as needed here in this ticket for tracking purpose.

src/bin/gfx.rs - has some chunk of asteroid clone from an 2d engine example (need to rediscover where it was from and check the license and if invalid license, get rid of this chunk of code.
