Hope you are doing good.
I am using phase4-peppol-server-webapp for receiving SBDs and for the demo purposes i use phase4-peppol-client's MainPhase4PeppolSenderLocalHost8080 to send SBD. it sends with content-type multipart/related.

1.Need one clarification Is all request from one Access point to Other Access point in the peppol network uses only multipart/related as content-type in header
2.What does that two part in payload consists of one having application/soap+xml Content-Type and other having application/octet-stream. As to my knowledge application/octet-stream content is the sbd attachment and what does that application/soap+xml is for?

ad 1. Yes, all AS4 messages are exchanged in the Peppol Network use the MIME multipart layout. See https://docs.peppol.eu/edelivery/as4/specification/#_message_packaging
ad 2. Each AS4 message consists of two different MIME parts. The first application/soap+xml indeed refers to a SOAP 1.2 message that contains the WS Security information (signature and encryption) as well as the AS4 messaging information (AS4 UserMessage or AS4 SignalMessage). The second MIME part is the encrypted (and eventually also GZipped) SBD part. From a MIME perspective it is application/octet-stream but the AS4 UserMessage provides the effective MIME part of this (application/xml).

Look at the dump of an AS4 message when you send something out (generated/phase4-dumps/..../*.as4out) to see the actual transmission.
