New implementation distances--ensemble reference

Hi,

When you build a new model with flame v 1.2.0 and you want to use distance approximation, the first time that you build the model the ensemble reference button doesn't appear, look at the photo please:

After I run the model:

And if i enter in parameter settings of these model:

I can find the ensemble_reference button.

In parameter setting the ensemble reference is True by default if it was difficult to solve this, I could by default False, and the second time that you build a new version model you will find this option.
