Add support to requireParentConstructorCall for indirect calls

As originally reported in phpstan/phpstan#9577, calling a constructor indirectly, e.g., via a trait method alias, is not supported by requireParentConstructorCall. I am opening this issue per @ondrejmirtes's request there.
