Using phpstan-import-type between classes makes alias unresolvable

If you have two classes which depends on eachother with phpstan-import-type, then the type imported will be unresolveable.

Expected output

No errors. PHPStan should be able to resolve the type.

I am also experiencing this issue. With Psalm this works as expected, but for some reason not with PHPStan. As a workaround, the @phpstan-type declarations can all be moved to the same class, but that isn't very clean with large projects.
