Migrate draft of raw BEP to this repo

• Migrate main text of raw BEP to the appropriate modality-specific-file (physiological-recordings.md)
• Add physio as a datatype in the schema
• Add keys to the schema in metadata.yaml
• Update the macros in /src/schema/rules/sidecars/continous.yaml
• Add allowable key-values to the schema in enums.yaml (?)

I'll start tracking down the other files to modify (e.g. glossary)

update: I'm working on putting together some PRs targeting schema objects, which will be used to automatically update lists such as the glossary (the last three to-dos in the issue description above)

#19 will need to be merged for the macro generation to work, but we should clarify the handling of enums first :)

Consensus on MeasureType Table (as for now discussed during #25 ):
1. No restriction on column names (e.g. ECG-1, ECG-2)
2. MeasureType is required for each column
3. PPG, ECG, etc. are defined as enums under MeasureType
• Add "sense x" if needed to differentiate from previously defined terms of the same name
