Add examples on Github

The appendix in the BEP showcases an example of what information should / could be in the json sidecar file as well as how to organize that information. More than just the sidecar file, an example of a dataset should be added in Github.

We need to make sure that the keys in the example is conformed with the keys in tables in section 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, as pointed out in one of the comment.

Also in the example we used the TermURL key, but this key is not in specified in any of the tables (see comment).

I've created a new branch with the current dummy dataset that I have. Following @m-miedema previous comment, I've put empty files for *_physio.tsv.gz, *_bold.nii.gz, *_bold.json. So the only files that contain data in the subjects subdirectories are the *_physio.json.

Should I create a PR that will never be merged to collect the reviews of the example ? There are a few things that I wasn't completely sure what to put / how to format, and want to discuss a bit more !
