Edit/Turn off Keyboard Shortcuts

I usually find that keyboard shortcuts are really a turn off for me. I may write little code snippets in the chat box and i find my self copy and pasting "]" or "}" because if i do Shift+Alt Gr+"+" to get the bracket, i see that there's a keyboard shortcuts that increase the font size.

I believe this might be a bug or an issue within the Pieces OS or app itself. It seems that the app's shortcuts may be overlapping with the actual OS keyboard shortcuts. I'm facing the same issue on both Windows 11 and Ubuntu.
