Support expanding or collapsing large or wide tables #661

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some large or wide tables in TiDB documentation are not friendly for users to read in small screens, so it would be better to support expanding or collapsing such tables. For example, tables in TiDB Features | TiDB Docs, and release notes pages like TiDB 8.5.0 Release Notes | TiDB Docs.
