Custom User for credit card

It would be great if this repo could have some sample users that have a CC account with some transactions on it.

PS: Just started exploring Plaid today so this might be a completely non-sense request to make 🙏

Not an unreasonable request! You can also make some your own using the sample transactions in https://github.com/plaid/sandbox-custom-users/blob/main/blank_template_custom_sandbox_user.json using type: credit and subtype: credit card.

Also one hint is that it's pretty easy to do this with LLMs -- here's something Claude spun up for me:
