add example yml for use in github and gitlab repos

It would be nice to have example config files for using this script in:

• github actions (currently part of the README)
• gitlab ci
• circleci

Not sure if its better to have them as part of the repository as files (it might be a pollution) or to have them as part of the README

We already have some sample (kinda incomplete) configuration for Travis, so why not?
I have never used GitLab CI and CircleCI though, so I am open for pull requests 🤝
