Dropdown menu and scrolling #318
Description
I can see that every dropdown menu on the datafroms page will allow scrolling of the page while the dropdown is open. While the dropdown is clicked such as Month it should not allow any scrolling until an option is chosen or dropdown menu is closed. You can see from the screenshot below i am near the footer and the Month dropdown menu is scrolling with me.
