Bug: Agent Looping

Sometimes the agent will repeat the same command twice, it would be good if the rolling summary includes a list of the most recently executed commands, for example

[dOrgJelli]

A suggested fix for this is to add some logic for "loop detection". This way if an agent repeats a series of steps, we will notify the agent that it is stuck in a loop so that it will hopefully self-correct.
