Connect CI consumes updated images

Connect currently consumes preview images from Docker Hub

Image is set within: https://github.com/posit-dev/with-connect/blob/710e0ded3fde4d687c25a139a9b6654b384ff9e2/main.py#L14

This is invoked by the action: https://github.com/posit-dev/with-connect/blob/main/action.yml

We would like to push the preview images to ghcr.io and consume them directly from within the action.
