ODK briefcase on omkserver/posm may be mishandling metadata #124
Description
ODK Briefcase's data export includes a submission date column that isn't populated. Exports from other services (formhub, ODK Aggregate) include this automatically without manually asking for them in the odk form.
(Additional info: there are two other fields that other services include and these are populated, as expected. I've highlighted them as well in the attached screenshot)
