Description
This content server has never been passed through programmatic code-review tools like code climate, and it likely receives a "failing grade" by their metrics. Since it is good practice to have a computer enforce style and simplicity, we should refactor the code to match Code Climate's recommendations.
This issue is likely good for people looking to learn rails and Privly since it is easy to get incremental progress and review on pull requests.
