How to rebuild NL language pack

I want to use the Processwire system for a new website, but when applying the Dutch (NL) languagepack, a lot of the backend is still in English. I see that the languagepack is not maintained on Github for over 10 years already.

Is it possible for me to refresh the language pack myself so that the backend is fully in Dutch? And if so: how would I do this?
