Preparations for Coherence 2024 CoWorkshop

• Upload data to zenodo
• Update links to data in the notebooks and on the overview page
• Copy data to /global/cfs/cdirs/ntrain7/ptypy_workshop
• Check that all notebooks are executing with kernel PtyPy (cupy)
• Upload instructions for conda env install at NERSC
• Install conda env with PtyPy 0.8.1 and add ipykernel with name PtyPy which includes at least cupy (pycuda optional). See instructions
• Change kernel name in notebooks to PtyPy
• Make sure to have json/yaml Python modules installed inside the env
• Create start up script that adds PtyPy kernel, clones the tutorials repo and links data -> /global/cfs/cdirs/ntrain7/ptypy_workshop -> draft
• Test setup script
• Execute setup script in all ntrain accounts
• Create slides with instructions for participants
• Add section about binder/colab in the tutorial intro
• Add template for user examples
