How to fetch images from 2 Pi cameras

@maykef @imvectech just trying to consolidate documentation on how to fetch from 2 cameras. I am maybe guessing 2 instances of the RPi Cam software wouldn't be quite right, but I'm really not sure. Let's collect some documentation here. Maybe RPi Cam can be configured to work with 2 cameras?

@jywarren the multiprocess_2cams.py script already does all these. The only thing that you need to work out on your end is that Infragram collects the 4 images from the folder created by multiprocess_2cams.py. For example, a 'capture' button on Infragram GUI would activate multiprocess_2cams.py, etc.
