Add support for Pulp upstream server and replication

Pulp provides replication when an upstream pulp server is configured in pulp using this API: https://docs.pulpproject.org/pulpcore/restapi.html#tag/Upstream-Pulps

We should provide corresponding modules here to consume the API via playbooks.
