deb_repository lacks the autopublish options

The pulp_deb API supports autopublish: https://pulpproject.org/pulp_deb/restapi/#tag/Repositories:-Apt/operation/repositories_deb_apt_create

autopublish support was recently added with pulp_deb 3.8.0: https://pulpproject.org/pulp_deb/changes/#3.8.0

To make autopublish work, deb_distribution also need the repository options.
