Add the ability to approve change requests from the Pulumi ESC CLI

Add a CLI command to approve change requests, e.g.

pulumi env approve <environment> <change-request-id>

Of course, the exact name of the command is something for you to decide.

Hi @segevfiner thanks for the feedback an proposal. I personally agree that might be useful.

Have you been using approvals through the Pulumi console? You can also use approvals through the vs code extension (You still need to go through the Pulumi console to approve, you'll get links right away)
