Add mechanism for archiving experiments.

Gameswithwords.org has an 'archived experiment' page. If the cli expects such a thing, that'll need to be added to the experiment template(s). 

Also it would be ideal if the archived experiments continued to be run-able for a while without causing compatibility conflicts with the rest of the site. So they'll need to be dockerized or something.
