Add support for .NET Core Framework

Your embedded server is a really nice tool especially for integration testing. It would be very useful if you had a version compiled targeting the new .NET Core framework.

I'm not actively working on this project and have no plans to make the required changes. If you want to provide a pull request, I'm happy to have a look.
