pytsk/libtsk does not support NTFS WofCompressedData

libtsk (and therefore pytsk) does not support NTFS WofCompressedData. Issue reported to upstream:

• Consider adding support for WofCompressedData NTFS alternate data streams sleuthkit/sleuthkit#1616

A work-around is to use an alternative NTFS implementation such as ntfs3g or https://github.com/libyal/libfsntfs
