Output matrices exceed fire-spread-matrix

@lambdatronic several output matrices (e.g. :fire-type-matrix) tend to yield nonzero values where :fire-spread-matrix is zero - they "spill over" the fire spread matrix. I'm not sure this should be considered a bug, but I think it's worth at least producing a warning in the documentation?
