Transferring this repository over to the pytest-dev organization as it doesn't really belong in my personal repo.

I'm happy to continue supporting this and I'm not handing you a 🐶

TODO:

• Remove references to tonybaloney
• Add any CoC/Contributing guidelines from pytest-dev
• Setup Azure Pipelines so y'all can diagnose builds
• Create a github team for contributors
• Write a guide on why this has been written the way it has
• Setup pypi permissions for the right people to be able to publish

For Azure Pipelines, someone from @pytest-dev/core needs to setup the hook. When you go through the wizard, it'll detect the existing yaml file.

I still need help with the task "Setup Azure Pipelines so y'all can diagnose builds" it needs to be someone who has permission to configure the hooks for this repository

@nicoddemus please can you add a package repository in the "Artifacts" section of Azure DevOps. See "Create a Feed" section https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/artifacts/quickstarts/python-packages?view=azure-devops

Feed should be called nunit_test_feed
