Previous version of extension not deleted when trying to update

I'm trying to update extensions from the extension manager but it seems that previous versions are not removed automatically. Here are the steps I've done

1. Open the Extension Manager
2. Click on update available for the extension to update

3. Select the latest version and click on Update

4. QuPath shows the new version of the extension in the extension manager, which as been successfully installed. However, the previous version hasn't been removed

5. Restart QuPath
6. Open again the extension manager
7. The same extension that we've just updated has been rolled-back to its previous version (0.10.2) and need to be updated again

In order to fix it, I had to close QuPath, manually delete the folder containing the previous version and open QuPath again but the automatic replacement doesn't seem to work.

Thanks, I managed to reproduce the issue and it should have been fixed in #22. It will appear in the next version of QuPath.
