To what extent we solve recoding and renaming? -> Minimum viable produce at this point, i.m.o. Things can be fixed also as needs arise.

ISO-3166-2 compatibility -> Yes, whynot.

What types of imputations we will do, and what we will not -> most of these should be optional; if there is a chance for to support additional user-specified functionality that would be valuable.

Shall we also have these discussions in the project?
