**Use case: new regional statistics from Eurobarometer**

• Understand problems of geocodes in Eurobarometer files
• Create a correspondence table for NUTS and Eurobarometer
• Create the regional datasets with retroharmonize, and code them with regions
• Select a small area statistics method / package
• Create new indicators

This will also help us define what functionality should be in regions and what should be elsewhere, and where should we publish the paper.
