Add Player/Nation Color and Text Overlays

Something Similar to this:

As you zoom in you might also see boundaries for individual territories, and city names / dots, possibly even major road systems.

Nations might require Voronoi clustering, or else repetitive subdivision of hexes into smaller triangular constructions.
