Frame rate differs based on OS

I'll have to look into resource management being done in Ubuntu 12.10, but out of the box I've noticed that the framerate is at ~10 fps, compared to a dual boot of Windows that runs at ~50 fps. Same hardware. If somebody else can confirm I'll make an issue on the Mr. Doob page
