Always modifies Content-Encoding HTTP header #33
Description
Per http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616#section-13.5.2, "A proxy MUST NOT modify or add ... [Content-Encoding] in a message that contains the no-transform cache-control directive, or in any request".
CurryProxy currently ignores the no-transform cache-control directive.
