Description
DICOM's always require special software to open. This is not ideal in situations where we have non-medical / laymen people that we want to share and show data to.
Therefore Radstract should have a direct DICOM to Video converter. This is virtually already possible with the moviepy library and the convert_dicom_to_images function that Radstract already has.
