Switch from PSR-0 to PSR-4

Since the minimum requirement of the framework is PHP 5.4., it would be best that the framework would be autoloaded in the PSR-4 standard. This would eliminate pre 5.3. and the PSR-0 clutter. After all I don't see any classes with underscores.
